Spring Break Activities

The boys were out of school for 2 1/2 weeks for Passover vacation. Nice and long. (Did I mention it was looonnng?) We did take the opportunity for some family fun days.

Here, the boys enjoy their breakfast smoothie in our courtyard.

One day we went for an outing to the mall to get Chaim's glasses. The mall is always an exciting adventure for the kiddos, as they don't get out much. Since it was vacation time, they had a big bounce-house activity area set up, and the 3 bigger guys had an absolute blast. The pictures didn't come out so well (all that motion), so you'll just have to imagine it.
After that, we had a nice picnic lunch at a park that had a big monster slide. The monster had 3 tongues, each of which was a slide--and I mean a steep, fast, real slide. This one was not for the wimpy. (That's Eli going down the one on the far right). Of course, it was a fun day for all. And little Yoni ate his first real meat. See him here sucking on a chicken bone (I couldn't get it away from him). He loved it!
On another day we took a family hike in the mountains, just 5 minutes away from our home. It was a beautiful spring day. Yoni was a trooper going for a ride on Abba's back; he just fell asleep when he was tired and never complained. He really is a wonderful baby.
