Chanukah

Our Chanukah was very nice. The boys were out of school for a whole week. I somehow thought we'd get so much done with all those helping hands around, but.....reality took over.
We had fun playing dreidel every night. Did you all know that around here, a "svivivon" has different letters on it? Nun, Gimel, Hay, Pay (instead of Shin). That's because the acronym stands for "Nes Gadol Haya Sham" elsewhere, but here it's "Nes Gadol Haya Po". (A Great Miracle Happened Here --instead of there).
Eli got his very own big boy bike with training wheels, and officially handed down his tricycle to Zach. His feet don't quite reach the pedals, but he likes to push himself with his feet. Chaim pulls him with a rope when they go for a ride. It's very cute.
Hope you had a good holiday!
Love,
The Goldmans
